There's usually something happening in our Children's Room. Specially designed early learning programs for children and their parents include:

Lapsit Story Time - Fridays, 11:30 - 12:00 pm

(for ages Birth to 18 months)

Join us for stories, songs, rhythm and rhyme all designed for your and your wee-one.

Cradle to Crayons - Tuesday and Friday Sessions!

Register for a Tuesday OR Friday Session

(for ages 1 to 3 years old)

Tuesday Session 1: 9:30 - 10:30 am

Tuesday Session 2: 10:30 - 11:30 am

Friday Session 1: 9:30 am (please be on time; doors open at start times only)

Friday Session 2: 10:30 am (please be on time; doors open at start times only)

This program combines time for play and socialization with a story time that includes movement, songs, finger plays and wonderful children’s literature.

Tiny Tales for Preschoolers - Tuesdays, 11:30 am

(for ages 4 - 5 years old)

Spend time with your preschooler learning and playing together. We'll finish the hour with great stories, movement and songs.

Drop-in Pajama Story Time - Thursdays, 6:30 pm

(for ages 4 - 8 years old)

We invite you to come in your comfy, cozy pajamas and enjoy a quiet story time of books and songs designed just for you. 

Drop-in Preschool Story Time - Saturdays, 10:30 am

(for ages 3 - 5 years old)

Enjoy great stories, songs and fingerplays!

Family Learning Sundays (this year's schedule)

(designed for children 5 to 8 years old)

Join us for an interactive learning program focusing on various topics including science, music, nature, art and dance. These programs are designed with the family in mind and are aimed at children ages 5 to 8 with their parents/caregivers, but siblings are generally welcome. All programs begin at 2:00 PM. Rooms TBA.

Family Learning Sundays are free programs made possible with generous support from donors.
