PROVIDENCE PUBLIC LIBRARY FACILITIES  COMMITTEE

Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, R.I.G.L. 42-46 an open meeting of the Facilities Committee will be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at 8:30 a.m. in the Trustee Room, 3^rd floor of the Providence Public Library, 150 Empire Street, Providence, RI

 AGENDA

1.     Call to order

2.     Roll call

3.     Meeting protocol

4.     Report on HVAC upgrade

5.     Open call by Chair to announce Executive Session pursuant to 42-46-5(5)  real property

6.      Adjournment
