Be Mindful at the Library presents: An Introduction to Yogic Breathing for
Energy, Stress Reduction, and Relaxation - Led by Chris Belanger
Our mindfulness series is back by popular demand in 2011 and will include a number of classes, workshops, and lectures that will help you empower your mind and body to improve your health.

Learn to harness the breath – it’s easy, portable, free and something you are always doing! Participants will experience several ancient and simple, yet powerful, breathing exercises designed to raise & lower energy levels, reduce stress, and lift your mood. These techniques can be practiced by all ages at any time, in any place.
Chris Belanger is a Kripalu Yoga Teacher, Laughter Yoga Leader, Yoga Nidra Guide and Chair Yoga Teacher. Chris shares the calming, energizing and healing powers of yoga and laughter at prominent yoga studios, wellness centers, events and residences throughout southern New England. He is trained through the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, American School of Laughter Yoga and Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga. Learn more about Chris at www.wholeofthemoonyoga.com.
