This class is senior-friendly and part of our Transitions series, but is open to all.
Laugh because that is the purest sound. ~ Hafiz
Create unity, healing energy and joy with a chuckle. Be prepared for a hilariously uplifting experience. Mindfulness, deep breathing, seated guided Laughter, and a Loving Kindness offering join forces to heal the body, clear the mind, soothe the soul, and electrify your life. We'll begin with a brief history of Laughter for wellness and let you know why the old phrase "Laughter is the best medicine" rings true on many levels. No meditation experience needed - simply come with an openness to fun and feeling great!
