Although we attempt to ensure authenticity and accuracy of content, we recommend that you contact the organization posting this event for verification.
Moses Brown School will host its annual poetry series featuring award-winning writer and educator Sharon Olds.
Regarded as one of the greatest living poets, her numerous honors include a National Endowment for the Arts grant; a Guggenheim Foundation Fellowship; the San Francisco Poetry Center Award; the Lamont Poetry Selection; the National Book Critics’ Circle Award; and the TS Eliot prize. Her distinguished style of poetry has been described as a “celebration of a power stronger than political oppression.”
