Moses Brown is excited to announce its 50th year of summer camp activities offered for local youth ages 3-17, and will be hosting an open house regarding this year’s summer camp registrations for all interested parents and families.
Moses Brown summer camps have long provided local children with an enriching mixture of arts, academics, science, and sports. Each camp activity promotes cooperation and fun for all involved. Moses Brown’s summer camp programs include RISE (Rhode Island Summer Enrichment), a program comprised of upper and lower segments, both of which provide campers with a rich selection of courses and activities to choose from; traditional day camp; and specialty camps for team sports, as well as activities like chess.
To find out more about Moses Brown’s summer camp offerings for 2012, please attend this information session on March 31.
Founded in 1784, Moses Brown is an independent, college preparatory school, enrolling 765 boys and girls, nursery through grade 12. The school's founder — a profound thinker, philanthropist, and entrepreneur named Moses Brown — envisioned a progressive school that cultivated both personal and academic excellence. Today, the Moses Brown school continues to help children reach their full potential, academically, spiritually, and athletically.
