Lovecraft's Fear of the Unknownis a 2008 documentary film that looks at the life, work and mind behind the Cthulhu Mythos. The film features interviews with Neil Gaiman, Guillermo del Toro, John Carpenter, Peter Straub and others. Written and directed by Frank H. Woodward. Produced by William Janczewski, James B. Myers, and Woodward.

Lovecraft won Best Documentary at the 2008 ComicCon International Independent Film Festival.

Europa Report: A Screening followed by a Q & A with the writer, Philip Gelatt

Europa Report is a 2013 science fiction film directed by Sebastian Cordero, and starring Christian Camargo, Anamaria Marinca, Michael Nyqvist and others.A found footage film, it recounts the fictional story of the first crewed mission to Europa, one of Jupiter's moons. Despite a disastrous technical failure that loses all communications with Earth mission control and a series of dangerous crises, the crew continues their mission to Europa and encounters a baffling mystery.

The Ancestor Cut of The Resurrected

Director O'Bannon and screenwriter Brent V. Friedman had both developed the Lovecraft property over the years, independent of each other; Friedman's version of the script was titledShatterbrain. While Friedman receives sole writing credit, O'Bannon did incorporate some of his own ideas into the project.O'Bannon's original title for the film wasThe Ancestor, which was later changed toThe Resurrectedafter being re-cut and altered by the studio for theatrical release. The screening is of the original version of the film.
