Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, R.I.G.L. 42-46 An open meeting of the Nominating Committee will be held on Thursday, June 16, 2011, 12:00pm in the Trustees Room, 3^rd floor of the Providence Public Library, 150 Empire Street, Providence, RI

3.     Approval of minutes, October 4, 2010

4.     Review of the By-laws regarding Members of the Corporation and the Board of Trustees

5.     Discussion on Corporation members

6.     Discussion on Trustees

7.     Open call by Chair to announce Executive Session pursuant to 42-46-5 (10) (personal finances)

8.     Adjournment
