Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, R.I.G.L. 42-46,  an open meeting of the Board of Trustees will be held on Thursday, April 26, 2012 at 12:00pm in the Trustees Room, 3^rd floor of the Providence Public Library, 150 Empire Street Providence, RI 02903
