Party participants heard from Louisa herself -- actress/interpreter Marianne Donnelly -- and enjoyed period music by Everett Brown and Mary Audette, members of the well-known group Barnacle, while snacking on sparkling cider, and homemade scones, apple slump and tarts. Participants event got to win copies of the celebrated Alcott documentary and book!
