RI International Film Festival 2008 Comes to PPL

As part of its Rhode Island International Film Festival 2008 tour featuring 300 film screenings in six days, RIIFF is making several film showings free of charge for Rhode Island library cardholders, August 6 through August 9, at Providence Public Library, Central Library Auditorium, 150 Empire Street, Providence.

“The Rhode Island International Film Festival is proud to support public libraries statewide. We share an important mission in serving Rhode Island’s diverse communities. RIIFF looks forward to working with the library to bring great cinema to our local audiences,” said George T. Marshall, Executive Director of RIIFF.

Tickets for films may be purchased online. Twelve films are scheduled at Central Library throughout the festival, including: (Four FREE showings are indicated with an *)
