Complete list of LARK Kits

The Providence Public Library has put together 120 Learning and Reading Kits (LARKs) for preschool child care providers and educators. Each kit is bursting with 10 books, music, visual aides like puppets and flannel boards, and a wealth of hands-on fun - games, puzzles, toys, costumes, and much more! The activity folder in each kit offers you a choice of activities, helping you to effectively teach thematic curriculum units in a developmentally appropriate way.

There are LARKs about nature, special times of the year, concepts, special talents, "all about me," families, community, stories and our world. There are even LARKs especially for toddlers. The LARK program also has tabletop puppet stages and finger puppet stages available to borrow. LARKS may be checked out from and returned to any Providence Public Library location.
