We value your support of the Providence Public Library. Please consider becoming a member of the Providence Public Library Foundation on one of the following levels.
The Conservator Society
Leadership giving of $1,000 or more to the Annual Fund is recognized with membership in the Conservator Society of the Providence Public Library Foundation, the Library's major donor society. Membership offers distinctive privileges and benefits, including invitations to exclusive programs recognizing the interests and dedication to lifelong learning of this special group of donors. Conservators are recognized in the Library’s Annual Report and in other printed materials.
The Lumiere Society
Inspired by the lanterns that flank Providence Public Library’s facade, the Lumiere Society is a cadre of members curious about the world around them. They’re young-at-heart individuals and families from diverse backgrounds who are dedicated to supporting the mission and work of the Library as a portal through which curiosities can be inspired and sated, both physically and virtually. They also like to have fun; they’re community-minded and enjoy coming together for exclusive events that spark curiosity, creativity and conversations. In recognition of a $150 annual contribution, members are invited to two events during the year: one geared toward the members and one for their friends, families and children. Lumiere Society members also receive regular Library news and discounts on special ticketed events at the Library.
The Lyra Brown Nickerson Society
Donors who choose to remember the Library through a bequest, or gift through their will, become members of the Providence Public Library Lyra Brown Nickerson Society and are recognized as such in printed materials.
