TRPPL Play! is a new collaboration between Trinity Rep and Providence Public Library created for high school students in grades 9–11 looking to expand their performance opportunities while diving deeper into their love of literature. Working alongside Trinity Rep’s professional theater instructors, students will adapt a young adult novel into a fully-staged traveling performance piece. Beginning June 9th, the show will tour local libraries, culminating in a public performance at the Rhode Island State House and a meeting with the author of the original young adult novel.

Rehearsals will take place Mondays from 6 -7:30 PM from February 3 – June 2 with the touring performances beginning on June 9. There will be no rehearsals on holidays or during school vacation weeks.
