Be Mindful at the Library presents: Simple & Fun Seated Wellness for Office Workers – and Drivers too!
Led by Chris Belanger
Our mindfulness series is back by popular demand in 2011 and will include a number of classes, workshops, and lectures that will help you empower your mind and body to improve your health.

Join yoga teacher Chris Belanger for an eclectic mix of practical ways you can enhance your wellbeing right from your chair! We will explore a hodge podge of simple cubicle-friendly exercises including self massage, hand cramp relief movements, energy lifters, and immune system boosters. You will leave with easy to remember tools to soothe the rigors of sitting at a desk, or even behind the wheel.
Chris Belanger is a Kripalu Yoga Teacher, Laughter Yoga Leader, Yoga Nidra Guide and Chair Yoga Teacher. Chris shares the calming, energizing and healing powers of yoga and laughter at prominent yoga studios, wellness centers, events and residences throughout southern New England.
