Create unity, healing energy and joy with a chuckle. Be prepared for a hilariously uplifting experience. Mindfulness, deep breathing, seated guided Laughter, and a Loving Kindness offering join forces to heal the body, clear the mind, soothe the soul, and electrify your life. We'll begin with a brief history of Laughter for wellness and let you know why the old phrase "Laughter is the best medicine" rings true on many levels. No meditation experience needed - simply come with an openness to fun and feeling great!
About the Instructor
Chris Belanger, RYT, is a Kripalu Yoga Teacher, Laughter Yoga Leader, Yoga Nidra Guide and Chair Yoga Teacher. Chris shares the calming, energizing and healing powers of yoga and laughter at prominent yoga studios, wellness centers, events and residences throughout southern New England. He is trained through the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, American School of Laughter Yoga and Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga. Chris is a registered yoga teacher (RYT) with the Yoga Alliance.
