Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, R.I.G.L. 42-46 an open meeting of the Finance Committee will be held on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. in the Trustees Room, 3^rd floor of the Providence Public Library, 150 Empire Street, Providence, RI
