PPL is a patent depository library functioning as a satellite of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. We have a complete microfilm file of U. S. Patents and registered trademarks including utility patents since 1790, plant patents on microfiche from 1931 and design patents on microfilm from 1970. Also available is the Official Gazette from 1872, the Annual Index to Patents from 1790 and a listing of attorneys and agents registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
