Design description: - Face: man with mustache shown from waist wearing civil war uniform, one star on epaulet, no hat (uniform appears to be a brigadier general of the Union forces) border of half-diamonds (triangles) 1/3 down from tip and around base; same border of diamonds divides face and Verso: pictures.
Verso: man with mustache and beard shown full Length: in Zouave uniform with rifle
Condition: - dirty; large crack up from base about 1 1/2"; chips missing from base, crack extends beyond about 3/4" from base very dirty inside cavity
cleaned 3 May 1999 Verso:: left half of yellow circular label glued down reads "4/2"
Other notes: - one of a pair with 017 cut flat at base to permit standing
