I’m so happy to be able to celebrate the Library’s 150th birthday! I learned to read at the Library and developed my LOVE of books at PPL. My favorite memory is going to the South Providence Branch (every Saturday for me!) and being told by Ms. Virginia Miles that I had to read every book in the Children’s section before I could move on to the adult section. And so I did. I love the places that books can take you. I love the knowledgeable librarians, and I love love love the access the Library gives to books, music, technology, and other sources of infinite learning. We are blessed to have you!
