As part of this year's Program and Exhibition theme, HairBrained, we're pitting images from our collections and around the internet against each other. The Wig Madness competition features portraits of eighteenth-century printers, publishers, bookbinders and other members of the book trades from our Updike Collection on the History of Printing. Hairstyle Madness will bring some of the most notable hairstyles of history together head-to-head.
