As an at-home dad, I was eager for opportunities to connect with other dads in the area after moving here with my wife and daughter. PPL’s Chace Children’s Discovery Library is a great early learning place for young children and parents and an awesome hub of activity! It has been a center point for us and Miss Anne (PPL early childhood educator) has really helped us foster and spread the word about our fledgling Providence City Dad’s Group. Right now, our group is a branch of the Boston chapter. City Dad’s Group is a national organization that I became aware of while living in New York and then was involved in while living in Chicago.
In addition to being a tremendous early learning program, the Discovery Library a great place for us to meet, network and expand our group.
