Cut-paper animations with RIMOSA

On February 10, we had our first cut-paper animation workshop with RIMOSA at the Providence Public Library. Attendees of all ages used reproductions of PPL Special Collections items to make short, fun videos. Over the course of Portals more workshops will take place at libraries across the city. Be sure to catch one!

Inter-generational Interviews

Over the course of Portals, teens from the Met School will film children interviewing members of an older generation about their past. The tables will turn and the elders will ask the children about imagined futures. This will all result in the creation of a video display of inter-generational interviews.
